Our Meditation Intensive gives you the opportunity to:

Refresh and deepen your understanding of and relationship to the practice of meditation and the core non dual teachings.

Online Hridaya Meditation Intensive
Awaken Your Heart and Live fully
Hridaya Meditation invites you to experience a more intimate connection with the Spiritual Heart, the very core of your being. Practically speaking this means a conscious recognition of the felt sense of your own existence. This awareness establishes joy, peace and acceptance as the baseline of experience, from which place you can relate with wisdom, integrity and harmony to the various circumstance of your life.
This method draws primarily on the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, Classical Yoga and Non-Dual Shaivst Tantra (AKA Kashmir Shaivism). In the advanced stages of practice, all paths of authentic spiritual traditions meet harmoniously and merge into the same Ineffable Reality
No previous meditation experience is necessary to benefit from a retreat.
You will:

Establish or refresh your daily practice of meditation.

Learn to practically apply your meditation practice to your life.

Develop an understanding of the non-dual perspective.

Be supported in your journey by 2 experienced facilitators with combined teaching experience of more than 20 years.
This Retreat Includes

2 x 2 hour live sessions each day. Each session is broken up into short talks and guided/silent meditation sessions.

1 x 45 minute video, including a talk and short practice session. Each video further develops the theme of day.

A series of short preparatory videos explaining the vision of Hridaya Yoga, proper posture for sitting in meditation and other topics to help you get the most out of your retreat.

A series of 7 guided meditation intros (each around 10-15 minutes). These practices further develop and explore the practice of meditation and are intended to inspire and support your practice beyond the retreat.

Life time access to all retreat recordings.
